Shipping - the shipping service I use is tracked so it is very rare to encounter loss, items are mostly recovered and returned to sender. In the case of loss or damage I would either offer a full refund of monies paid or produce another original in the same manner as the first. Reasonable pursual of the shipper’s processes to retrieve the package will be followed in the first instance.
Customs charges / tariffs - any charges imposed by the country of receipt are payable by the ‘customer’ and not by the ‘sender’. Please research this cost before making the purchase.
